The purpose of the Media Ministry here at Palatka Baptist is to carry the Gospel
of Jesus Christ through the use of technology and media, and to equip other
ministries of the church to use digital and electronic media as a worship and outreach tool.
We know that faith comes from hearing and believe that spoken word and song are
two of the most important means for an effective church service. It is our goal as a media team to provide clear sound and audio that is worthy of the worship of Jesus Christ.
Meet our Team
Craig & Hayley Smith. Craig has been a part of the sound and media ministry for 10 years. He graduated from Keystone Heights High School in 2013. He enjoys fishing and playing with their 4 dogs in his spare time. Craig and Hayley were married in February of 2018. He currently works for Clay Electric as an Apprentice Lineman. Craig has attended Palatka Baptist his entire life. Hayley is the newest member of our media team. She graduated from Interlachen High School and Santa Fe State College. She enjoys reading in her free time. Hayley is a classification officer for the Florida Department of Corrections. We are very thankful for Craig and Hayley and their contribution to the ministry at Palatka Baptist.
Luke Smith. Luke has been a member of Palatka Baptist his entire life. He attended Temple Christian School through 6th Grade. Luke graduated in 2017 from Hope Christian Academy in Clay County (Starke, FL). About 10 years ago, he began operating the PowerPoint for the worship and sermons for our church. He enjoys playing basketball and being active in his spare time. Luke is currently works as an Apprentice Lineman for Clay Electric. He is a blessing to the ministry at Palatka Baptist.
